Returns & Exchanges

At House of Errors, we strive for perfection in every silhouette; however, if your piece isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original House of Errors packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and retain your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed once our quality control team inspects the garment.
